Delivery

• All UK orders will be processed within 2-3 working days

• Estimated delivery times 2-4 working days

• Postage within the UK will be charged at the standard rate of £5.50

• We ship internationally with rates calculated at the checkout. Our rate do not include customs, taxes and charges.

• All items are packaged in eco-friendly packaging

Returns

We hope you love your order just as much as we do but if for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, then please do get in touch with us on info@routesinteriors.com quoting the ‘return and the order number’ in the email title. Please also let us know the reason so we can improve our customer experience next time.

Terms

• We accept returns on all full price purchases within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original and unused condition

• All approved refunds will be processed within 14 days

• Please return the product in its original packaging giving it all the love it had when it arrived

• We highly recommend using recorded delivery to return items and obtaining proof of postage as we will not accept liability on items lost or damaged during transit

• Once the item is received, we will confirm whether a refund can be processed. Please note this will be excluding the original delivery charges
